​These CPR and FIRST AID classes are specially designed to give you the confidence to take action in non-emergency and emergency situations and the skills that can save a life. Medic one provides ADULT compression only CPR with AED training. These 1 to 1.5 hour classes meet the nationally recognized criteria for CPR training in the workplace. Classes are FREE to those who live or work in Thurston County
